That's why we conduct pre-course interviews with delegates and managers to discuss individual goals, go through the course outline and ensure it is relevant for both the delegate and the business CommitmentAction Planning is integral to capturing commitment to action while the delegate is on the training course. Each delegate, throughout the course, prepares a list of what they plan to do after the course. The list is to be shared with their manager, with a full list of useful and practical actions demonstrating the quality of our training. ProcessEach Action Planning Form becomes the ideal coaching tool that the delegate and his/her manager can use to reinforce the lessons covered, long after the formal part of the training has ended.
