• Account Manager/Training Consultant

Ron Pollak Training is a privately owned and family-operated training company, providing quality public and tailored training programs to medium and large businesses.

We are winning new business with a range of organisations and we are in search of a salesperson that can make a real contribution to our business.

The role has three key functions.

• Sales
• Account Management
• Training Needs Analysis

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate experience and success in:

• Customer Service
• Selling: face-to-face
• Selling: phone-based
• Account Management
• Business Development
• Building long-term partnerships
• Computer skills: Word & Excel
• Computer skills: CRM

We have always remunerated our staff based on their experience and what we feel they can realistically contribute to our business. Typically, we would expect to pay a base of $60,000 + super + bonus structure (after a short qualifying period). Car expenses are also covered. You will need to own a car.
