First Line Management 1 - Foundations

Designed for people at the front line of management, people who one day were part of the team and now need to step into the role of team manager. Generally, people with technical know-how who now need to balance this with management skills that will help the business achieve its goals to be a well-run business.

On this three-day course you will cover three units of Certificate IV in Frontline Management BSB40807 and three units of the management stream in Business Administration BSB40507.
