This course is targeted to help managers take the lead when needed and allow the business to flow when others are empowered to lead, sharing the role to get extraordinary things done. Emotional Intelligence allows you to deal with your own and other's emotions. There's a great deal of talk about Systems Thinking. With a process designed by Ron Pollak Training, called an Infrastructure Audit, we help identify, in a practical and systematic fashion, 'the right things to do', which is a hallmark of leaders, rather than 'doing things right', a quality of managers.
