Write Complex Documents

When you move into Management or take on more responsibility in Sales, you need to be able to put together more powerful documents. Creating complex documebts such as policy guidelines, reports, project plans, marketing requirements documents or technical documentation is hard work. Not counting the research, thought, and actual writing, the mechanics of producing a document is typically about 30% of your total effort.

Structure is the key to developing good written documents. This course will provide participants with the building blocks to assist them more easily and competently develop more complex and powerful documents.
